VW Bus Quilt

I finally got around to taking pictures of my VW bus quilt. I started this quilt (and thought I would finish it) my year off between undergrad and grad school. It turns out I overestimated my ability level and underestimated the difficulty of this quilt. Luckily I had my mom to help me along the way.

This was the view from my front yard as I was taking photos today, thought it was too pretty not to share.

  8. There is a pattern for the actual buses, but many of the details on the quilt were just made up by my mom and me. The pattern is called "Another Day in Paradise" by Cindy Cooksey. Here is a link to a website you can buy it from: http://store.valueweb.com/servlet/jukeboxquilts/Detail?no=5
